In response to technical system improvements and ever-shifting legislation, we’ve twice audited Vodafone’s entire suite of one-to-one service communications. Totalling tens of thousands of individual messages, we reviewed, rewrote and refocused every last word, across every last customer journey – ensuring customers always get the information they need efficiently, simply and consistently.
Interactive training workshops
We’ve supported Vodafone’s in-house communications team with bespoke, in-person and virtual copywriting training sessions – spanning specialist topics including crafting engaging headlines, handling ‘bad news’ messaging, and how to craft effective signposting.
