Demystifying consulting for
PwC

In spring 2020, the world changed. Almost overnight, people around the globe had to adapt to the new normal as the pandemic spread. The ramifications for businesses were far-reaching. And for PwC – one of the world’s leading consultancy firms – the challenge was not just how they would help their clients adapt. But how they would help them transform.

Wide-ranging projects

Ink started working with PwC during the lockdown. They had already formed their response to the new global business ecosystem. We came in to help articulate a range of complex messages for their customers – and, at times, their internal audiences. In the following years, we have worked on a huge range of projects with them, ranging from online ads and scripts to event materials, brand-level messaging and social posts.

The topics we’ve covered have been equally diverse. Navigating and embracing AI. Building trust with customers. Applying cutting-edge workplace management systems. Tackling financial crime. The list is as wide ranging as the services and specialisms PwC offers.

Sustainability in action

A recurrent theme across many projects has been sustainable practices and, specifically, ESG (environmental, social, governance) policy. Sustainable strategies are no longer simply a ‘nice-to-have’ but central to the way businesses need to think and operate.

Through a range of initiatives and services, PwC helps business respond to the changing ESG landscape – both from a compliance perspective but also to meet emerging consumer demand.

PwC is a truly global firm. So, while we have predominantly worked with their UK and US offices, we have also completed projects with their colleagues across many different time zones.
