Putting pharmacy services on the shopping list

When Morrisons, Britain’s fourth-largest supermarket chain, asked Ink to communicate their pharmacy services amongst others, we happily took on the challenge. We wrote a campaign of free leaflets, posters and in-store ‘radio’ ads – offering expert advice on everything from common health problems and best ways to stay healthy, to picking up prescriptions and visiting the pharmacy for tests and vaccinations.

It was important to keep the language simple, sometimes witty, but always down to earth – reflecting the tone of voice Morrisons had already established with their in-store communications and point of sale material. Our job was to inject the same friendly, warm feel into the drier, more medical world of pharmacy. The client felt we hit the right tone exactly. And customers now use Morrisons for a lot more than just their weekly shop.
