Creating brand chemistry

Members of the Ink team were involved in setting the Boots tone of voice, developed out of their brand values – and we have been instrumental in putting this tone of voice into action. Most recently we have worked on their e-marketing strategy.

We have helped writing a range of Boots marketing materials from glossy consumer catalogues for summer and Christmas, to advice booklets on quitting smoking and children’s health. And to help employees really get their teeth into the tone of voice, we’ve run in-house copy training courses, giving staff a refresher course on effective writing techniques as well as how to write in the new Boots style.
