Breathing life into corporate reports

Intertek is one of the world’s leading testing and certification companies. Their work is undeniably technical: making sure products are safe and ready for market, and also advising customers on how to gain accreditation and safety marks with efficiency.

Their corporate brochure could have been a dull, dry affair – full of acronyms and industry jargon. But working together with WPP agency Addison, we developed an approach that really brought their work and its benefits to life. Each spread combined a case study with a facet of their work – all written in a punchy style to grab attention and express the company’s dynamic, entrepreneurial nature. Following this, we were asked to get involved in the annual report: interviewing the CEO and writing essential ‘front-end’ copy.
